About Karen Miller:
Karen Miller is the Executive Vice President for Manpower Central Iowa. Miller leads Manpower’s Central Iowa team in anticipating and navigating the trends in the changing world of work and creating innovative services and solutions that help our clients win in the marketplace.
Karen began her career with Manpower in 2000. After spending 4 years with Field Operations as an Area Manager in Central Wisconsin, Karen returned to her hometown in Northern Illinois and spent 2 years with Shaw Media Group as Sales Manager.
Longing to return to the Staffing Industry, Karen rejoined Manpower in 2006 managing a market in the Chicago Metro area. She was promoted to ManpowerGroup’s World Head Quarters in Milwaukee in 2008 where she launched the National Account Services Alignment department, a department focused on increasing staffing placements with national account clients in the United States and Canada. When presented with the opportunity to return to the field, Karen enthusiastically accepted and was promoted to her current role in Central Iowa August 2010.
With a passion for developing talent, Karen’s goal is to broaden new ways of thinking and approaching workforce strategies that embrace and take advantage of the changing world of work in Iowa.

Helen is now retired, but her legacy continues with her son, Mike Lynch, who is now the current President of the Franchise. Mike and his partners, are leading the Manpower Franchise into new horizons as the world of work continues to evolve all around us.
